We have successfully completed an impressive variety of construction projects. We've built up so much experience over the years with a dedicated and loyal team that is able to deliver projects reliably, on time and within budget.

 

This limited project list demonstrates our ability to manage and construct a huge variety of jobs for customers, whatever their requirements. The examples given below exemplify our philosophy of achieving great results by keeping things simple.

Designed by and for a local Architect.

Timber frame manufactured by us and erected on site by our own tradesmen.

All construction work carried out by us with the exception of the brick and stonework which was carried out by a local tradesman appointed by the client.

The first Timber Framed house we built

Craigends Estate near Bridge of Weir

 

This house was designed and built by us in 1975 and consisted of 4 bedrooms;study;laundry;breakfasting kitchen;living/dining room;en-suite;bathroom and double garage.

We sourced the timber kit in Dublin and it was one of the first modern timber frames built in Scotland.
